PLC Controlled Pile Load Testing System

RIVERLAKE provides customers with a professional customized pile load testing system, Our pile testing system is mainly composed of four parts: hydraulic cylinders with hydraulic lock installed, PLC hydraulic pump stations, sensors ( pressure sensors, load cells, and displacement sensors), and hydraulic hoses. The whole system can control, monitor, display, and record the real-time data of cylinder pressure, cylinder output force, load cell force, and pile displacement from the pressure sensors, load cells, and dial gauge displacement sensors.
