1. The standard payment term for RIVERLAKE company is 50% advance payment in advance and 50% balance payment before shipment
2. The payment terms is 100% T/T in advance for small orders that have lower value than 2,000USD

1. We keep certain amount stocks of our standard model of our tools.for order that we have stock,we are ready to deliver the goods upon receiving the payment
2. For order that contain models we don’t have stock,our production time vary from 2-5 weeks depending on the quantity and how complicated the order is

Our main shipping method are air,express and sea transportation.
It usually takes 2-7 days for air shipping for our customers around the globe.

When it comes to sea shipment,the delivery time may vary depends on your physical locations.It usually takes about 14-20 days by sea to arrive customer’s address in West part of USA and 25-35 days to arrive in Middle part of USA and 35-45 days to arrive eastern part of the USA.If you are located in Europe,it will take around 50 days to arrive.It generally take our goods 10-20 days to arrive for location in south east Asia areas.

RIVERLAKE provide one year warranty for all our products under proper use by default.If any product failure occurs,please contact us or our distributors in your local region,we will be sending your free replacement parts and paying your labor cost for the maintenance and repair.

It is a pity that we can not send people oversea nowadays due to Covid restrictions.Our distributors will be able to provide onsite training on our behalf if we have distributors in your areas.Otherwise,we might only be able to provide remote online training.

All RIVERLAKE tools are tested under ISO 10100:2001 and GB 15622:2005 standard. Our tools are designed with 1.5 safety factor for max safety and reliability user experience.
