Customer Visit RIVERLAKE for Hydraulic Cylinder Quality Inspection

From July 15 to August 1, 2025, RIVERLAKE engineers, led by Mr. Bob, deployed to Australia. Working in close collaboration with our exclusive Australian dealer, STRUXIT PTY LTD, the team provided expert training and guided the successful bearing replacement operation at the world-class Royal Hills iron ore mine. The complex procedure was executed using RIVERLAKE’s advanced 8-point synchronous lifting system, ensuring precise alignment and control throughout. The entire operation proceeded smoothly and achieved outstanding results, minimizing downtime for this critical Australian mining asset. This successful project at Royal Hills – a major integrated iron ore mining, rail, and port operation – underscores RIVERLAKE’s expertise in delivering innovative and reliable heavy lifting solutions for the global mining industry. RIVERLAKE ZJ9 pile load testing power pack is a plc controlled pile load testing system,which can control,display,record and download the real-time pressure of the cylinders,real-time tonnage of the output force,real-time pressure of the power pack,real-time load testing time.In this project,our ZJ9 power station worked with 9 units HCRL30012 double acting lock nut hydraulic cylinders to generate a Max. total output force of 2700 tons.Beside above features,we can even built in bluetooth load cell and bluetooth dial gauge sensors to our pile load equipment to display and record the real-time load data from load cells and real-time pile displacement data from the dial gauge.

Project Images Project Introduction Taizhou Chuanhu Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd delivered 6 double-acting hydraulic cylinders and a petrol-driven hydraulic power unit for the skidding and sliding systems. The Power Pack and hydraulic cylinders are used for electric transformer relocation.

Project Manager Mr. Igor from our customer in The Czech Republic came to the RIVERLAKE factory workshop for quality inspection of 96 units of 150-ton CLRG series double-acting hydraulic cylinders. Detail tests were carried out to measure the cylinder dimensions, inner and external cylinder appearance, and static and dynamic load testing on a test bench. Everything went smoothly and both parties signed an acceptance protocol.
