RIVERLAKE is one of the major manufacturers of aluminum hydraulic cylinders in China,our aluminum hydraulic cylinders use 7075-T6 light-weight high strength aluminum alloy as material, combine with high-strength coatings, seal design, and high-quality composite bearing materials, providing the strength of steel while overcoming the heavyweight. Aluminum is inherently less corrosive than steel which makes it a great material for use in many caustic environments. Our aluminum cylinders are also finished with a hard anodized treatment.
RIVERLAKE Lightweight Hydraulic Cylinders are available for sale in a complete range of variants, including single-acting spring return, double-acting, hollow plunger, or lock nut. With capacities ranging from 20 tons to 150 tons, our aluminum cylinders are suitable for lifting, pulling, pushing, and holding operations for most industrial and commercial jobs.
- RAC-Series Lightweight Hydraulic Cylinders are single-acting, lightweight hydraulic cylinders with a high-strength return spring for rapid cylinder retraction, and an integral stop ring prevents plunger over-travel. RAC cylinders come equipped with bolt-on removable hardened steel saddles and base plates.
- RAR-Series Lightweight Hydraulic Cylinders are double-acting for rapid and more controlled retraction.
- RACL-Series Lightweight, Lock Nut Hydraulic Cylinders are single-acting, spring return and include a lock nut for safe mechanical load holding. RACL cylinders include a stop ring and bolt-on hardened steel saddle and base plate.
- RACH-Series Lightweight, Hollow Hydraulic Cylinders are hollow, single-acting with a spring return. RACH Cylinders include a steel base plate and bolt-on hardened steel removable saddle.
- RARH-Series Lightweight, Hollow Hydraulic Cylinders are hollow and double-acting to exert both pull and push with hydraulic force. RARH Cylinders include a steel base plate and bolt-on hardened steel removable saddle.
- JHA-Series Aluminum Hydraulic Jacks are aluminum bottle jack,with a built-in manual hydraulic pump,the integral design requires no extra hydraulic pumps,hydraulic hoses for a convenient lifting operation.
