The RRH series from RIVERLAKE is a high-performance range of double-acting hollow hydraulic cylinders designed for demanding tensioning, pushing, and pulling applications. Advanced Surface Treatment – The cylinder body, piston, and stop ring undergo a gas nitriding + post-oxidation process, providing excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication, and superior corrosion protection.

Topcoat Painting – A final paint coating enhances visual identification and further improves overall corrosion resistance.

Overload Protection – An integrated relief valve protects the cylinder from damage in the event of overload.

External Ring Thread – Facilitates easy installation (except for models RRH1001，RRH1508,RRH2308,RRH4008 and RRH6008).

Double-Acting Operation – Enables rapid retraction, significantly improving work cycle efficiency.

Standard Quick Coupling & Dust Cap – All models come standard with CEJN quick couplers and protective dust caps for fast, clean, and secure connections.

Industrial-Grade Wiper Seal – Minimizes contamination ingress, effectively extending hydraulic cylinder life.

Certified Lifting Ring – All tonnage capacities feature a certified G80 high-strength lifting ring for safe and convenient handling.

Design
- The removable rigid saddle prevents damage to the plunger when it comes into contact with rough surfaces.
- The return pressure protection safety valve effectively prevents overpressure caused by pipeline errors.
- The piston rod adopts gas nitriding treatment,featuring excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- The Swedish CEJN coupler and dust cap ensure safety throughout.
- Dust seal, preventing external impurities from entering the interior of the cylinder and causing contamination or damage.
- The gas-nitrided stop ring is used to absorb eccentric load and prevent plunger over-travel.
- The cylinder body is treated by gas nitriding plus post-oxidation process,followsed by external baked painting to deliver superior corrosion resistance
- Dust seal, preventing external impurities from entering the interior of the cylinder and causing contamination or damage.
- High-pressure seal to achieve zero internal leakage in the hydraulic system, reducing wear and extending service life.
