Bolt Pre-Tensioning Hydraulic Nut

The RIVERLAKE RHM Series is designed for the accurate pre-tensioning of bolted connections. The RHM Series threads directly onto the bolt and applies pure axial stretch without rotating the nut or damaging the workpiece surface. A mechanical lock ring maintains the preload after hydraulic pressure is released, enabling long-term load holding without continuous pumping. These hydraulic nuts excel in applications with limited thread projection, retrofitting existing bolted joints, and achieving uniform clamp force on pressure vessels, pipeline flanges, wind turbine towers, and heavy equipment.
