RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts are precision-engineered tools designed for the safe, efficient, and controlled mounting and dismounting of bearings and other components on tapered shafts. By applying axial force directly through an integrated hydraulic piston, RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts eliminate the need for traditional mechanical methods such as heating, force-fitting, or impact techniques—significantly reducing the risk of component damage and operator injury.

Precise & Controllable Force Application: RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts feature a built-in hydraulic piston that, when pressurized, generates a powerful, uniform axial force. This force is applied directly to the component being mounted or dismounted, enabling accurate positioning without shock loads or uneven pressure. The result is a consistently reliable fit and extended component service life.
Simplified Bearing Mounting & Dismounting: Designed specifically for mounting bearings onto tapered seats (including adapter sleeves and withdrawal sleeves), RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts eliminate the need for traditional lock nuts and spanners. For dismounting, the same hydraulic nut can be used to push bearings off tapered shafts or withdrawal sleeves—saving hours of labor and preventing damage to shafts or housings.
Safe & User-Friendly Operation: RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts are operated using a standard hydraulic pump (manual or electric) connected via a high-pressure hose. The operator can monitor and control the applied force remotely, maintaining a safe distance from the work area. An integrated pressure gauge or optional digital display provides real-time feedback for precise force control.
Robust, Long-Life Construction: Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, RIVERLAKE hydraulic nuts are built to withstand harsh industrial environments. Replaceable wear rings and seals ensure long service life and easy maintenance. The compact, low-profile design allows access to confined spaces where conventional tools cannot fit.

Complete System Solutions: Each RIVERLAKE hydraulic nut is supplied with a quick-connect coupling and can be used with RIVERLAKE P2282 ultra high pressure manual hydraulic pumps, hoses, and pressure gauges as a complete system. Optional accessories such as extension tubes, adapters, and carrying cases enhance versatility and portability.
