Modular Synchronization Lifting System

Built on the same operating principle as the HE Series, the OCS Series features a modular, distributed design where the PLC control panel and hydraulic pumps are not integrated into a single unit. Users can independently select PLC panels and pumps, combining them flexibly to achieve multi-point synchronized lifting. Advantages include enhanced flexibility, the ability to use individual pumps as standalone units when not part of a synchronized setup—improving overall equipment utilization and long-term cost efficiency. Additionally, the system connects PLC panels to pumps via cables, which then connect to hydraulic cylinders, eliminating the installation constraints associated with long hydraulic hoses (typically limited to 30 meters to avoid pressure drop). The primary considerations are more complex setup and higher initial procurement cost.
