Unlike conventional spreaders that require external pumps and hoses, the SWi5TI-S combines the spreading head and a manual hydraulic pump into a single, compact unit—eliminating the need for separate power sources, hoses, or couplings. This all-in-one design delivers immediate, controlled spreading force wherever it is needed.

Integrated, Ready-to-Use Design: The built-in manual pump allows one-handed operation without external connections. Simply position the spreader tips, operate the pump handle, and watch the flange gap open smoothly. A removable handle improves access in tight spaces, while the revolving handle supports both horizontal and vertical spreading orientations. The set is practical, portable, and lightweight, making it ideal for maintenance rounds, remote locations, and overhead work.
Operator Safety as Standard: The SWi5TI-S is engineered with no finger pinch-points, significantly reducing hand injury risks. Increased step-depth on the upper steps ensures secure engagement with flange faces, while a 1.0-meter safety lanyard prevents accidental drops when working at height or over open structures.
