System Components

Each STN Series set is assembled with premium-grade components to ensure maximum reliability and operational safety:

  • Hydraulic Pump – Available in four versatile power options to match any workshop or field condition: hand pump, pneumatic pump, electric pump, or battery pump.

  • GA45GC Pressure Gauge Assembly – Enables precise hydraulic pressure monitoring for accurate cutting force control. (Note: The GA45GC is excluded from configurations powered by electric or battery-driven pumps, as these units are already equipped with factory-installed pressure gauges.)

  • HSP700PC-2-MM Hydraulic Hose – A 2‑meter (6.6 ft) high-pressure hose rated for a maximum working pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi) , featuring CEJN male quick couplers at both ends for instant, leak-free connections. The hose is reinforced with a PC Burst Sleeve to contain hydraulic fluid in the unlikely event of hose rupture, providing an essential layer of operator protection.

  • NC Series Hydraulic Nut Splitter – The core cutting tool, engineered for fast, one-handed operation and exceptional durability in high-torque nut-splitting applications.
