Minimized Access Gap: The LW18 requires a very small access gap of only 10 mm, allowing insertion into tight openings where conventional lifting tools cannot fit. Once positioned, the integral hydraulic system generates smooth, controlled lifting force.
Full‑Load Step Spreading: Unique step‑design allows each stage of the wedge to spread under full load, ensuring progressive, stable lifting without slippage. This feature provides precise height control even when lifting heavy or uneven loads.
Self‑Contained & Easy to Operate: The integral manual pump is built directly into the tool body. Simply operate the pump handle to extend the wedge; an internal spring automatically retracts the wedge when pressure is released – no external pump, hoses, or manual resetting required.
Safety Block SB2 Included: Each LW18 is supplied with an SB2 safety block. After achieving the desired lift height (maximum 21 mm), insert the safety block to mechanically lock the raised load, allowing operators to work safely without continuous hydraulic pressure.
