Engineered for Confined Spaces: The LW16 features a minimized access gap, allowing insertion into narrow openings where conventional jacks or wedges cannot fit. Once positioned, hydraulic pressure smoothly extends the wedge to achieve the full 21 mm lift, with no slippage or sudden movement – even under eccentric loads.

Safe, Automatic Retraction: The single‑acting cylinder incorporates a spring‑return mechanism. When hydraulic pressure is released, the wedge automatically retracts, resetting the tool for the next operation. This mechanical retraction requires no external pumping or manual resetting, improving efficiency and safety.

Complete with Safety Block SB2: Each LW16 is supplied with an SB2 safety block. After lifting, the safety block can be inserted to mechanically lock the raised height, allowing operators to work safely under the load without continuous hydraulic pressure.
