CUSP300, 300 Ton Capacity, 10mm Stroke, Big Tonnage, Ultra Flat Hydraulic Cylinder without Stop-Ring

The RIVERLAKE CUSP series is an ultra-flat hydraulic cylinder designed for applications requiring a low profile, high tonnage, and the ability to accommodate angular misalignment. Unlike models with a mechanical stop-ring, the CUSP offers unrestricted piston stroke while incorporating an integrated tilt saddle for improved load distribution.

  • High Eccentric Load Capacity
    Capable of withstanding eccentric loads up to 4% of the maximum rated load, ensuring stable and reliable performance even under off-center loading conditions.

  • Ultra-Low Profile with Integrated Tilt Saddle
    The cylinder features an extremely low closed height combined with a built-in tilt saddle. This design is ideal for confined spaces and heavy lifting applications where conventional cylinders cannot fit.

  • Integrated Tilt Saddle (Up to 4°)
    The saddle allows up to 4 degrees of angular compensation, evenly distributing the load across the piston surface. This reduces stress concentrations and helps prevent premature seal or cylinder damage when the contact surface is not perfectly parallel.

  • Advanced Surface Treatment – Gas Nitriding + Post-Oxidation
    The cylinder undergoes gas nitriding followed by a post-oxidation process. This treatment delivers excellent corrosion resistance and enhances the cylinder’s ability to withstand eccentric loads and harsh environmental conditions.

  • Maximum Stroke Indicator Line
    A clearly marked stroke limit line is provided on the piston. This visual warning helps the operator avoid over-extension, promoting safer use.

  • CEJN Quick Coupler & Dust Cap – Standard on All Models
    Every CUSP cylinder comes equipped with a CEJN quick coupler and a protective dust cap, enabling fast, tool-free hydraulic connections and preventing contamination ingress when not in use.

  • No Stroke-Limiting Stop-Ring
    The CUSP does not include a stop-ring, allowing full use of the piston stroke. This makes it suitable for applications where stroke length must not be restricted, provided proper operation limits are observed.
