The CLRG Series Big Tonnage Double-Acting Hydraulic Cylinder, manufactured by RIVERLAKE, is a premium heavy-duty hydraulic component engineered for high-load industrial applications. Built with robust construction and precision design, this cylinder delivers reliable performance, exceptional durability, and enhanced safety, making it perfectly suited for heavy lifting, pressing, positioning and other demanding hydraulic operations. It integrates a full range of high-performance design features to resist wear, prevent contamination, ensure stable operation and extend service life under harsh working conditions.

Interchangeable Hardened Grooved Saddles (Standard): The cylinder comes equipped with interchangeable, hardened grooved saddles as a standard configuration, delivering superior stability and adaptability for diverse working scenarios, while enabling quick replacement to boost on-site efficiency.
Plunger Wiper Protection: A dedicated plunger wiper is fitted to effectively block dust, debris and other contaminants from entering the cylinder chamber, greatly reducing internal wear and significantly prolonging the overall service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
Integral Stopping Ring for Blow-Out Protection: The built-in integral stopping ring provides reliable piston blow-out protection, preventing component damage caused by abnormal operation and ensuring stable and safe movement of the piston.
Double-Acting Hydraulic Return: Adopting a double-acting design with hydraulic return, the cylinder achieves smooth and controlled extension and retraction, enabling efficient and precise movement without relying on external gravity, ideal for repeated heavy-duty operations.
Baked Enamel Anti-Corrosion Finish: The cylinder body features a baked enamel finish that forms a tough protective layer, effectively enhancing corrosion resistance and maintaining intact appearance and performance even in humid, harsh industrial environments.
Base Mounting Holes for Easy Fixturing: Precisely machined base mounting holes are designed for quick and secure fixturing, simplifying installation and positioning, and ensuring stable mounting for heavy-load operation.
Built-In Safety Valve for Over-Pressurization Protection: A safety valve is installed on the retract side of the cylinder, which actively prevents equipment damage caused by accidental over-pressurization, adding a strong safety barrier for daily operation.
Hardened & Chromed Piston: The piston is hardened and surface-chromed, which sharply reduces internal friction and wear, while further improving corrosion resistance, keeping the cylinder running smoothly for a long time.
Hardened Alloy Steel Guide Ring: The hardened alloy steel guide ring eliminates over-travel risks, provides stable lateral support, and effectively reduces wear caused by off-center loads, protecting core components from premature damage.
High-Strength Composite Bearing: Equipped with a high-strength composite bearing, it delivers reliable support for off-center loads without scratching or damaging the inner cylinder walls, maintaining stable performance even under eccentric loading conditions.
