HM08LC, M36-M45 schroefdraadbereik, 880.1 kN hydraulische boutspanners

De RCH-serie enkelwerkende hydraulische cilinders met holle plunjer hebben een holle boring waardoor zowel trek- als duwkrachten kunnen worden uitgeoefend. Een stalen stang met schroefdraad kan door de holle boring van de cilinder worden geleid en aan een last worden bevestigd om de last te duwen of te trekken, of om spanning uit te oefenen.

De breedste boutdekking in de industrie: 15 speciale weegcellen Elimineer gereedschapswisselingen tussen imperiale/metrische systemen.
Extreem draagvermogen: 21,750 PSI maximale druk voor flens-/constructieverbindingen met hoge spanning.
Intelligente overslagbeveiliging:
- HM01-HM05: Mechanische preventie (veervrije betrouwbaarheid).
- HM06-HM15: Overdrukventiel + veerassistentie (gecontroleerde ontluchting).
Lange-slag efficiëntie: 15 mm (9/16″) slag Maximaliseert de boutingrijping zonder risico op overrekking (alleen het model HM01 wordt geleverd met een slag van 10 mm).
Veiligheid ontworpen:
- Vaste aansluiting – elimineert het gevaar van vallende voorwerpen.
- Antisliphandgreep – behoudt de controle in olieachtige/offshore-omstandigheden.
Snelontgrendelingsbrug:Het snelkoppelingsontwerp versnelt het herpositioneren.
Real-time Monitoring: De slagindicator controleert de nauwkeurigheid van de verlenging.
