Servo Frequency Drive Synchronous Jacking System
The working principle of the RIVERLAKE servo frequency drive hydraulic synchronous jacking system is that each hydraulic cylinder is driven by a servo motor pump. After the PLC system calculates the real-time data of each displacement sensor, it sends different control speed instructions to each servo motor. The motor speed control realizes the oil output speed control of each pump, thereby controlling the cylinder jacking speed to realize synchronous jacking. Each hydraulic cylinder circuit is equipped with a load-balancing valve. When performing a synchronous lowering operation, the hydraulic pump outputs hydraulic oil to the cylinder return chamber to open the load balancing valve. The return speed of the cylinder depends on the oil output speed of the hydraulic pump. The PLC controls the motor speed of each servo pump to adjust the return speed of each cylinder to realize synchronous lowering operation. When using a single-acting hydraulic cylinder, the servo frequency drive hydraulic synchronous jacking system can only perform synchronous jacking operations, not synchronous lowering operations. When using a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, both synchronous jacking operations and synchronous lowering operations can be realized.
