Frequency Drive Synchronous Lifting Pumps

Synchronous Lifting Pumps enable a single operator to control an entire lifting operation from a single device, without the need for manual monitoring. Our syncLift systems combine high-pressure hydraulics with PLC controls to monitor and control each lifting point. Through an integrated Human Machine Interface (HMI), all movements are managed from a central control position that displays live operation with real-time status updates. With the help of the displacement sensors,the high frequency solenoid valve turn on/off at very high frequency to lift and lower each points one by one.Depending on the cylinder capacities used, an accuracy of 0.040 inches (1 mm) between lifting points is achieved.
