Pulse Controlled Hydraulic Synchronous Jacking System
The working principle of the RIVERLAKE pulse-controlled hydraulic synchronous jacking system is that a hydraulic pump drives multiple electromagnetic switch valves at the same time. The PLC system controls the opening and closing of each electromagnetic valve through the real-time data of the displacement sensor to achieve the synchronous jacking of multiple hydraulic cylinders. Each hydraulic cylinder oil circuit is equipped with an adjustable return speed regulating valve and is set before leaving the factory. When the cylinder falls, the PLC controls the opening and closing of the switch valve of each oil circuit to achieve slow return control of each circuit, thereby completing the synchronous lowering of multiple cylinders. The pulse hydraulic synchronous jacking system can be used with single-acting or double-acting hydraulic cylinders to achieve synchronous jacking and synchronous lowering operations.
